📦 Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for items within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process:
- Contact us at kamalhandicraft147@gmail.com or 9720557762 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
🔄 Replacements and Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we apologize and are here to help.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at kamalhandicraft147@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will send you a replacement/exchange free of charge.
- The new item will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.
❌ Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Timeline: Cancellations are only possible before the item has shipped.
- Process: Contact us as soon as possible via email at kamalhandicraft147@gmail.com with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
- Refusal: If the item has already been packaged and dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In this case, you will need to follow the standard return policy.
